This Is Not a Government Office. This privately operated resource cannot retrieve official records, complete a background check, correct or remove an entry, or receive an expungement petition. Those services must come from the responsible public office.

Need an Official Record?

Use the following Mobile County routes for the most common record requests:

  • Criminal history and personal rap-sheet review: follow ALEA CJIS Form 46 instructions
  • Official statewide checks: use the authorized ALEA channel that fits the request
  • Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that wrote the report
  • Expungement: file in Circuit Court for the county where the charge was filed
